The Tifton Greeting Service welcomes more than 600 families each year with a personal home visit.  Each newcomer is greeted with Tifton's finest southern hospitality, a folder informing them of cultural opportunities, schools, churches, and a bag filled with coupons and goodies. The new families also have the opportunity to join the Tifton Newcomers Club to help them find new activities that they will enjoy in the Tifton and Tift County area.
